It's nothing fancy but has what one would need . Staff are informative as I saved some cash by booking different than I had asked . Cleaning staff was very friendly an asked a few questions to insure I was satisfied with what I needed. I also found it to be quiet an undisturbed.

payd 400 deposit and they made up a excuses as to why they were only giving me 100 of it back. cockroaches in room, the room smelled really bad. had bug bites all over skin after sleeping in bed the first night.

VERY UNCLEAN . If I was not so tired, I would have found anywhere else. This room was absolutely GROSS. Disgusted at the lack of pride the owners have for cleaning the room. Human hairs covered the box spring, burn holes and stains on the sheets. Stains on Everything ! The broken shower head shot water everywhere else but the bathtub. The faucet in the tub was broken, so you can't take a bath. I slept in my clothes for fear of being contaminated by filth and grime. I have stayed at hotels in southern India that took more pride in cleaning and appearance. I'm never going to stay there ever again! Not recommending. Look at the pictures I posted. I have dozens more showing the filth.

Place is a complete dump...this is the second time I stayed and both times my truck got robbed....and their cameras didn't catch it I'm not even sure they work...save a trip pay 10 bucks more and go somewhere else

Rooms were dirty and the sheets were not changed.. They had pillowcase over pillowcase instead of washing them. Found a used needle between the dresser and wall as I was plugging in my phone. Didn't offer towels or toilet paper when we stay there for a month.. Only good thing they don't want your credit card and the deposit is $100 cash.

Judging by the other reviews I'm glad they were closed when we went. It was after 1am. The sign said 10am-10pm and the front door was open, nobody at the desk and it smelled heavily of Marijuana.

This has to be the most disgusting, dirty, broken down, dump I have ever been in! Upon check in we had to wait for the lady to check us in, while she finished a coffee then came to wait on us in her barefeet an tanktop with sagging cleavage. Not a nice sight for my son to see. My husband and I looked at each other and shrugged, we only had to stay here for 8 hours before we were flying out the next day. We were given the key to our room and were told it is outside to the right and you will find your room just down there a bit. We walked out, walked past the other rooms to be met by a naked man in his glory sunbathing in the doorway, stepped through broken glass along the walkway, scattered with garbage and old cigarette butts and arrived at our room. We opened our room. The beds were hard, and dated from the 1970's. The room smelled musty and it was dusty. You could hardly breathe it was so hot and we had to sit in the room with the door open so we could get any air at all. The fan in the room was broken so we called to the front desk and were told you are lucky to have a fan at all, we don't have that many. Lucky to have a fan that doesn't work!! We went to the bathroom and the tub was filty, and the tap was leaking and the water was running onto the floor making the tiles slippery AND sharp because they were broken. The fan in the bathroom was so loud you couldn't hear the TV. The carpet was sticky and had huge stains on it. We tried to stay, but with the door open the mosquitos were unbearable and so we found a place across the street for only $30/per night, with a breakfast a beautiful room, and very clean. When we checked out less than 2 hours after we arrived and we stated that the room was a mess, and that things were disgusting and very hot, and they wouldn't refund our money. So save your money and go across the street, you will have a much better stay at the motel with the big cowboy hat!

This place looks like an older place, some things are out dated, the staff here was awesome, very friendly. I had a great sleep. The rooms are clean. I would rate this place a 3.5 compared to the other hotels in the area and a 5 out of 5 for price. Compared to the other hotels in the area you got more than you paid for. No coffee in your room kinda sucked and the train going by blowing its horn twice in the middle of the night also sucked. But even the more expensive hotels in the area experienced that. Not bad at all. The people that had horrible reviews on this place are such princesses. Should of spent the extra $80-$100 for the other hotel. Anytime I'm back in leduc/nisku area I will stay here

No AC. Old tv. Tiny microwave. The fridge was iced over to the point where it wouldn't close. I mentioned this and front desk girl told me to just chip it off. So I had a big puddle to walk through. Dark room as half the lights work. No bathroom fan. Fantastic water pressure though. Took off the dust from the day and most of my skin. $80 a night though.

Nice clean rooms. Even being close to highway you could not hear the noise. Only issue was water for shower was warm and not hot.

The room was clean and comfortable, service was nice and friendly. The only negative is the close at 10pm They did inform me of this when I booked.
